Hello and thank you for taking time to find out more about me and That Secretary! My name is Anna Kourteli and I’m the owner and Online Administrative Support Specialist of That Secretary – an entrepreneur by nature and online secretary by profession!
  
I was born and raised in Greece. I have studied Maritime Enterprises & Financials (University of Piraeus) and have been an accredited EFL Teacher since 2008 (Greek Ministry of Education). Before Greece's recession that led me online as a Virtual Assistant freelancer back in 2010, I had successfully worked as a secretary for a Real Estate Agency, gaining valuable experience in front office procedures and general administrative support.

Regardless of my diversified educational, certification and work experience background, I could always say my passion was all things administration. Working online for over 7 years provided me additional experience and valuable knowledge that, brought to the table, will help you experience business growth.
  

Attentive and detail oriented, I also possess a versatile knowledge of multimedia that allows for the expansion of resources to assist you in promoting, attracting, and engaging your brand. I take pride as an adaptable professional with the ability to take on diverse tasks while maintaining a creative approach to develop innovative deliverables and provide unique solutions to my clients.
Determined to implement learned skills, communicate and collaborate with professionals of any levels and backgrounds in a dynamic and challenging environment, I founded That Secretary after thoroughly researching the field and receiving input from clients.
 
Most clients, mainly entrepreneurs and small business owners, were not simply in need of a versatile administrative professional but required the safety that a trustworthy, old school professional could offer. They were looking for someone with solid business experience who could follow directions, meet deadlines and perform the essential tasks with confidence, someone they could depend on for the long term.
